Scheduling Policy
Study rooms in the lower level of Hamilton Hall can be scheduled by graduate and professional students in the College of Medicine. The rest of the study spaces on the other floors of Hamilton are available on a first come, first served basis.
Rooms can be reserved for a maximum of 2 hours within a 24 hour period.
Rooms can be scheduled one week in advance. Be aware that the system allows you to schedule rooms further out than one week. If students schedule more than a week out will be a violation of this policy.
Students are encouraged to reserve rooms based on their study group size as ideally the rooms will be maximally utilized.
Where do I park?
Great question! There are many options. We suggest you check out our parking guide for more information
Where should I exercise or work out?
There are many options! In Hamilton Hall, you can use the College of Medicine yoga room or fitness center on the ground floor near some of the study rooms. About a 10 minute walk (through then behind the medical center) is the main Recreation and Physical Activity Center (RPAC) at Ohio State where there are lots of group fitness classes available for free for students. There is also JOS (Jesse Owens South) very close to campus). More information is available at https://recsports.osu.edu/fms/facilities/rpac
